How Delivery Works
Jibby's Market delivers Grow a Garden 2 items directly to your Roblox account. Here's exactly how it works and how fast you'll get your items.
How do I buy Grow a Garden 2 items?
- Pick your items — seeds, pets, or gear from our Grow a Garden 2 collection
- Enter your Roblox @username before checkout (your login name, not your display name)
- Complete your purchase — we accept all major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
- Receive your items in your in-game mailbox
How do sheckles and trade-delivered items work?
Some items — including sheckles and certain pets — are delivered by an in-game trade instead of the mailbox. For these orders:
- Join our Discord server after purchasing
- Create a support ticket with your order number
- We'll join each other's games and complete the trade
The product page will always tell you which delivery method applies before you buy.
How fast is delivery?
Most mailbox orders are delivered shortly after purchase. Trade-delivered orders are completed as soon as you open a ticket and we connect in-game. If we're offline, your order is queued and fulfilled as soon as we're back.
I entered the wrong username — what do I do?
Contact us immediately through the Live Chat (bottom right of the site) or our Discord before the order is delivered. Once items are sent to a mailbox, they can't be recalled.
I haven't received my order
First, check your in-game mailbox. If it's not there, reach out via Live Chat or open a Discord ticket with your order number — we'll track it down and make it right.
Is this safe?
Yes. We've completed hundreds of orders for repeat customers who buy from us multiple times a month. Payments are processed securely through Shopify — we never ask for your Roblox password. All we need is your @username.
